Sara Dodd joins Board of ScotlandIS

{28 May 2009}

Delighted to confirm that I have been elected to join the ScotlandIS Board starting June 2009!

ScotlandIS represents over 200 ICT companies and associated services across Scotland and is highly considered by its members and the industry as a whole.  The new Board elections, (furiously fought for, I might add!) will bring representatives from large corporates, academia and SME's together to stregthen the existing team and to support the growth of our industry.

I would welcome hearing from any of you who have views,  concerns or ideas that you feel ScotlandIS should be listening to!

Scottish Tartan Authority

{15 May 2009}

We are delighted to have won the competitive tender to re-design and development the Scottish Tartans Authority website.

The new site will bring fresh visuals and functionality to this international authority site, used by Scottish trade members, businesses and clansmen accross the globe.  New features will include an updated, secure Members Area, a Tartan Designer faciity and Tartan Ferret.

The site will give users access to the biggest database of tartans and tartan manufacutures worldwide and we hope to encourage children (of all ages) to design their own tartan online.  Look out for launch to coincide with The Gathering in late July 2009!
