A front line position supporting Linux, Windows and Macintosh customers by email and telephone, resolving problems with Lumison ISP services (dial-up, broadband, Windows/Linux hosting, colocated servers, etc). Based out in Lumison’s new datacentre facility in Newbridge (just outside Edinburgh, near the airport), escalating some incident tickets to second and third line support teams as appropriate.
