Find a Candidate: How It Works

• Search for Candidates: Search our database of CVs for candidates by selecting them through a number of criteria: Job roles, Skills and Keywords.
• Shortlist: Each search will produce a list of all the candidates who match your selected criteria giving you a brief Profile of their experience, skills and abilities. You can then view individual CVs and create a Shortlist of your preferred candidates.
• Register & Subscribe: To gain access to full CVs you will first of all need to register your details with us and purchase a subscription. This will give you access to the contact information of the candidates.
  Subscription rates are:

  1 Day	(£35)
  1 Week	(£50)
  1 Month	(£150)
  3 Months	(£300)
  6 Months	(£450)
  1 Year	(£800)

• Reference Service: In addition, we may also be able to provide you with our personal recommendations if any of the candidates are known to us. This includes those who were part of any of our training programmes and candidates who have worked for us.
