It’s Friday so it’s jobs day, I’ve scoured far and wide to find these for your delectation. Slim pickings I’m afraid, however as always its quality not quantity that counts – and we’ve got quality in spades.

Graphic Designer

Work for one of the largest utility companies in the UK! You will have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in graphic design using UI design, Look and Feel, Photoshop, Macromedia, (X)HTML and CSS, with positioning experience. Experience with VisualStudio.NET would be an advantage.

You will liaise with internal customers and will work on a number of simultaneous existing and new web projects for both the intranet and internet. You will have the ability to turn a design brief into artistic conceptual layouts while understanding web accessibility and usability issues. You will be required to provide a portfolio of on-line work prior to interview.

Graduate Web Developer


Abrecco are looking to recruit a Graduate Web Developer for our Edinburgh based client.

ESSENTIAL – SQL – .NET – VB6 – A willingness to undergo further training – Business Information system experience. (Ideally Cognos)

DESIREABLE – Experience of BI reports – Experience of working in a small team – Driving license

Analyst / Developer

Small, friendly and busy IT department responsible for design, build and maintenance of all internal database systems, and integration with 3rd party software suppliers. The department supports all business functions ranging from call centre reporting to decision support tools for sales management staff.

Position
Analyst / Developer required to work on new and existing projects. You should have experience in Visual Basic and Access development. Any exposure to Oracle, ASP, .net, Linux or XML is advantageous though not essential.

The majority of projects will be team based with support provided wherever necessary. You will be encouraged to provide development ideas for new and existing systems.
