IT Support Technician, Robertson Technologies, Edinburgh

Robertson Technologies is a small IT support company based in Edinburgh. They require a customer focused full-time IT Support Technician to join their team to assist in supporting their growing client base of small/medium sized businesses.

To fit with their team, you will be highly motivated, be an excellent communicator and have good problem solving skills. You should ideally have experience working as a systems administrator or providing computer support.

In addition, you should:

• be passionate about customer support
• enjoy a challenge
• like learning new skills and software
• have your own car

Your role will be to support Windows XP computers. In addition, you will configure, maintain and install Windows Small Business Server 2003 and Windows Server 2003. You will also be working frequently with Microsoft Exchange 2003.

They are a hard working team and you will be given responsibilities from an early stage.

Job Specifics:

• You will be working full time.
• You will be based from their office in Leith (Edinburgh) but the majority of your time will be spent on site with clients.
• Most of their clients are based within the Central Belt.
• Salary competitive, depending on experience.
