IT PROJECT TECHNICIAN – Ref: 0805G202
Salary: £14,796
Responsibilities include assisting in the planning, designing and management of IT solutions, applying business and customer-focused skills to ensure effective project delivery and business change. You will need around 1 yr exp in an IT environment and/or a relevant degree or professional diploma in IT. Exp of software and database design and development is essential.
SENIOR SPECIALIST – Ref: 0805G413
Salary: £25,318
Your role as Senior Specialist will be to ensure that support is provided to resolve IT faults for Parliamentary users at Holyrood and the local offices, and to help them make maximum use of the technology provided. A key part of this will involve managing incidents and problems passed on from the IT Helpdesk. You will have at least 3 years relevant exp in this type of role. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential, as is a commitment to team working and sharing of knowledge. Possession of a relevant degree or professional diploma in IT would be beneficial.
BUSINESS CHANGE ANALYST – Ref: 0805G303
Salary: £18.812 – £24,677
Your role will be to plan, design, deliver and manage business change to support the provision of sustainable technical innovation in a focused IT project environment. You will be assigned to a variety of projects, as part of a strong team, applying technical skills and methodologies associated with IT Project Delivery. You will ideally have around 3 years’ exp of working in an IT environment. Change leadership and project management skills are essential and possession of a relevant degree or professional diploma in IT would be beneficial.
