National Training Awards Finalists

We were delighted to receive notification this morning of becoming a finalist in the National Training Awards 2006!

Since the awards started in 1987 (sponsored by UK Skills, Dept for Education & Skills, Dept for Employment & Learning, Scottish Enterprise and Highlands & Islands Enterprise) 16,000 individuals and companies have entered with 2,000 national winners selected from 12 UK-wide regions.

The Scottish winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony on 2 Nov at the SAS Radisson in Glasgow. Having been a guest last year last year (thanks to SE Fife) I was able to see how competitive it all is – we look forward to another great event this year!

But firstly, and most importantly, a great big thank you is due to our colleagues at Scottish Enterprise, all our trainees and, of course, our brillant trainers for the hard work and effort that has gone into making the Graduate Internet Course course the success it is! Without you we wouldn’t be here…
