Paying subscribers to the Candidates Database service, including potential employers and recruitment agencies, will be able access your contact details. In submitting your details to the Candidates Database, you are agreeing to this. Your details will remain visible within the Candidates Database unless marked as unsearchable by you.

If you input information onto our system to build a CV in our Candidates Database, then you will be providing us with personal data which we will use in accordance with this Policy. We strongly suggest that your CV should not contain data relating to your (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union or political party (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life or (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings (viii) age. If your CV does contain such data, then you agree that we may retain the right to remove it at our discretion.
