ExploreIT, a management and IT consultancy based in Edinburgh’s city centre, is now seeking to hire a Technical Consultant to assist with delivering IT solutions and support to a growing base of customers across Scotland and the North of England. Role involves:
•Customer installation work across all our core product/solution areas with primary focus on Maximizer and Microsoft.

- Providing pre-sales support to the IT sales team including attending customer meetings and putting together technical specifications for proposals.
- Delivering customer work within required timescales and to the required quality standards of ExploreIT.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to our customers using a variety of methods including telephone, remote access and on-site.
- Providing regular reports to the Technical Team Leader of work in progress.
