Microsoft Project 2003
Course Outline
Microsoft Project is an extremely versatile and powerful project management tool. It provides a host of tools to help you efficiently oversee projects, track progress and control work schedules and budgets. Ms Project also makes it easy to produce reports, and can combine with other applications to create accurate, effective presentations in a variety of formats.
The ability to overview a project can take a lot of the guesswork out of decisions, saving both time and resources. MS Project contains tools which help you manage time and resources. See what effects variations of scope will have on your project before they are put into place through it's "what-if scenarios", keep tight controls on budgeting and financing, and document and report every step of the way with accurate diagrams and Gantt charts
