Payment Terms: All course fees are payable in advance by cheque or BACS transaction.
Pricing: Unless otherwise stated, our standard one day courses are priced at £279 + VAT per person per day.
Concessions: A concessionary price of £259 +VAT per person is available on all one day courses for customers who are unemployed and claiming state benefit, and customers from voluntary sector organisations and registered charities.
Cancellation Policy: Net Resources will not cancel or postpone courses. Customer cancellations within 7 working days of the agreed course date will incur a penalty of 50% of the course fees. Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed course date will incur a penalty of 100% of the course fee. Substitution of attendees is allowed free of charge.
