Money and My Money
This site was designed and created for Beyond Parody Ltd who came to us with a innovative concept to offer a new sort of comparative shopping portal of financial services. The aim was capitalise on the speed and accessibility of the web in providing critical and often time-sensitive information to investors and savers. Key to the remit was that the company could manage all content and information on a daily (or even hourly) basis, without requiring in-depth technical knowledge. They also wanted scope for the site to grow as the number of services they offered increased without having to instigate a new architecture.
We chose to build the site basing the system on MODx CMS which offers all the flexibility, management and security required. By using this open source solution we were able to meet the client’s key objectives, ensuring the integrity of a complex build within a cost-effective and easy to use content management system.
Since its launch in November 2006 the site has been highlighted on numerous CSS Gallery websites and seen traffic of up to 1000 visitors a day.
