SM Training and Development
SM Training and Development are a recent start-up founded by Mike Lynch in order to provide business focussed training and development for the corporate sector.
Continuing our long standing relationship with Anderson Grace Consulting the site's goal was to provide a showcase for the various business training and development services that Mike provides. The challenge was to present the wide variety of services, such as Management Development, Personal Skills Training and Customer Care, in an intuitive way to the user, allowing them to focus immediately on what was relevant to them.
Very little existed in the way of branding, so design of the site had to lead, rather than follow, the branding and marketing strategy. To this end a site has been developed with strong imagery and visual impact to reflect the dynamic nature of SM Training and Development's approach to business needs.
