You will be responsible for tutoring and facilitating online activites with students spread across the globe. You will also be involved in the development of new online courses. You should have a post-graduate degree or substantial exp in a relevant area, and teaching experience in a clinical context. These (2) roles are within the Development team delivering high quality IT Projects to MIS customers. Duties will include design, development, testing and documentation of web-based applications. Salary: circa £43,000

This is your big chance to join part of a Global Consumer Interactive Support Web team based in Livingston, Central Scotland. Overall objectives for the Support Web organization are to improve self-service interactions and consumer satisfaction to drive measurable business results.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

  • Extensive knowledge of the wireless communications industry, including intersection of the internet and mobile technologies and solutions. – Responsible for European support site operations and supporting product launches – Publishes regional content inline with regional product launch requirements
  • Creates and submits regional content requirements to Global implementation manager
  • Manages, interprets and publishes regional interactive support VOC and trends from email, forums, chat, etc
  • Implements and reports on regional site traffic trends and KPIs
  • Collaborates and coordinates with regional marketing and web teams for site promotion
  • Manages and implements regional vanity urls
  • Resolves site deployment issues including staging, UAT, link validation, etc.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement against strategic and operational goals
  • Must have excellent project management capabilities
  • Champions the user experience
  • Moderates site activity and discussion threads
  • Manages, promotes and motivates hyperaffiliate activity
  • Interfaces with regional product, marketing and web teams and Global interactive operations manager

Specific Knowledge/Skills

  • Must have a solid background with managing a large B2C internet support site.
